Darío Álvarez is an Aeronautical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He started his career in airport services at Acciona and Groundforce before joining Deliveroo’s operations team in Spain. In 2021, he moved to Glovo’s Operations team and is now the Director of Operations, Strategy, and Finance, leading the adaptation of the company’s operating model in Spain.
